Students Enrollment Terms and Conditions

Class Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

  • Before Class Start: A full refund is available, minus a $50 registration fee per class and the cost of any books.
  • Within First Three Lectures: Students may qualify for a refund of up to 60% of tuition, subject to approval.
  • After Third Lecture: No refunds available; however, remaining credit can be applied towards another class.
  • Request Method: Refund, withdrawal, or postponement requests must be in writing via mail, fax, or email (support@kenvictraining.com). Telephone requests are not accepted.
  • Non-Attendance: Failing to attend classes without prior notices does not void the obligations under this policy.
  • Short & Video Classes: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Sales of Books and Materials: Non-refundable; charged at original price.

Refund Processing Fee:

  • For approved refunds, an additional 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted if payment was made by credit card.

Video Lessons Refund Policy:

  • Non-refundable once access is granted.
  • Withdrawal from a video class results in a deduction equal to the full advertised price, or 75% of the equivalent live class tuition if the price is unlisted.

Retake Policy – Live Classes:

  • Eligible for a one-time retake within one year from the last class day at 70% of the tuition fee.
  • A 30% fee of the official tuition is charged for reviewing live class recordings.
  • Post one year, retake is treated as new enrollment at full price.

Retake Policy – Video Classes:

  • Retakes treated as new enrollments, charged at standard rates.

Non-Disclosure Agreement:

  • Disclosure, publication, or sale of class recordings, materials, or other intellectual property without authorization is prohibited.
  • The School reserves the right to seek compensation for any breaches.

Confidentiality:

  • All class-related information is confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

Placement Assistance:

  • Offered as a service, but employment is not guaranteed.

Changes to School Offerings:

  • The School reserves the right to modify dates, locations, schedules, curricula, and tuition fees with or without prior notices.

Software Use:

  • Software provided or recommended is solely for educational use. It must be deleted within 30 days post-class or end of the student-school relationship.
  • Students bear full responsibility for any intellectual property rights violations related to software use.

Promotional Rights:

  • The School may use the student’s name, likeness, images or videos for promotional or educational purposes.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

 

What information do we collect?

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
