9月20日，ISM Ecommerce Federation 和美国联邦小商业总署SBA合办的2018创业系列讲座之与银行对谈在肯维空间举行，ISM Ecommerce Federation 和美国联邦小商业总署SBA合办，肯维培训赞助的2018创业系列讲座致力于协助华人成功创业、增加就业机会并带动社区经济发展，为创业者打造一个学习，交流，合作与交友的平台。
教师招工会聚集了24, 25, 26和30学区的各大学校，这些学区包括：Elmhurst, Maspeth, Flushing，Astroria, Long Island City, Bayside等知名华人社区。他们开放的职位有Teaching Asssistant助教，Substitute Teacher代课老师，Bilingual Teacher双语老师（中英教学），Mandain Teacher中文老师（只教中文），Math Teacher数学老师，Social Studies Teacher历史老师等等。招工会规定符合条件者都可以参加: Certified Teachers(有执照的老师), Will be Certified Teachers(即将有执照的老师), Certified Teaching Assistants(有执照的助教)，Will be Certified Teaching Assistants(即将有执照的助教)。
