本课程旨在为学员提供成为Bahavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 注册行为技术员 Registered Behavior Technician,（RBT）的全面指导，涵盖自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）的基本知识、应用行为分析（ABA）服务的实践、以及如何有效地在各种环境中应用这些服务。通过8周的混合式学习，学员将接受经验丰富的BCBA行为分析师的指导，学习如何改善ASD患者的生活质量，帮助学员完成 BACB 的RBT认证。

8次课，每周1次，每次2.5小时，总共20小时。
授课老师是BACB资深行为分析师BCBA，现ABA agency上班，拥有纽约公校特教执照
线上线下混合学习模式，采用ZOOM进行直播课程。
全美独家提供中英文双语教学及全英文课程材料，题目练习与模拟考试。
提供微信班级群支持与网上课程学习管理平台，协助学员完成 RBT认证流程，并提供免费ABA工作推荐服务。

I learned a lot from taking the Public School Teacher Assistant and RBT courses. The courses were very practical and informative. The instructors explained everything clearly and patiently, and they used real-life examples to help me better understand the responsibilities of a teacher assistant, classroom management, communication with students, and behavior intervention.Through the RBT course, I also gained a better understanding of the basic principles and techniques of ABA. The training helped me improve my ability to observe, understand, and support children.Overall, this learning experience gave me more confidence for my future career and provided me with a strong foundation for working as a teacher assistant.I really appreciate the instructors for their professional guidance and support. The courses were practical, easy to understand, and very helpful. I highly recommend these courses to anyone interested in becoming a teacher assistant or RBT.
