Job Opportunity: Customs Brokerage Coordinator Entry Level

Job Description: Responsible for providing and maintaining effective customer service and satisfaction; provide information to resolve customer shipment related issues; interact with management and personnel to establish service criteria and meet customer requirements. Seeking an entry writer(s) to help us out with the following duties

Responsibility:

• Processing Customs brokerage for air and ocean shipments that are FDA sensitive
• Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to U.S. Customs and PGA’s
• Follow up on Customs and FDA matters and resolve problems
• Answer both customer inquiries and inter-company inquiries
