Included copy of letter from CBP providing applicant\u2019s score. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">3. Included copy of applicants answer sheet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">4. Included the following information at the top of each page. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Applicant\u2019s Name <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Examination Site <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Examination Date <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Question Appealed <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">5. Used a separate page or pages to address each question. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Different questions cannot be argued on the same page, start a new page for each question. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">6. Contains compelling argument why applicant\u2019s answer is better than the official answer or why the question has no possible correct answer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">7. When applicable, provided references to information found in the CBP Regulations, HTSUS or other CBP resources to support arguments. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">8. Reviewed for correct spelling and grammar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">9. Filed 60 days from date of the letter notifying the applicant of his or her score. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">10. Submitted to the correct address. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Please see the letter received with the exam results for the most current addresses.
